10h of trip

We will leave Cusco towards Abra Malaga (4350 m / 14160 ft), the starting point for the descent by bicycle. After a brief explanation by the guide, we will put on the necessary protective equipment for the activity.

We will descend for about 3 hours, 955 km until we reach the village of Santa Maria (1200 m), where we will have lunch, and in the afternoon we will enjoy a canoe descent on the Vilcanota River with category II rapids. For this activity, we will provide you with helmets, jackets, and life jackets category V. Your first night will be in an ecological lodge.

5h trip

After breakfast, we will start a beautiful walk along an ancient Inca trail for about 4 hours, crossing high jungle where we will appreciate the abundance of flora and fauna. In this area, it is possible to see different types of plants, orchids, birds, and other wild animals, a paradise of biodiversity in the Inca jungle.

The hot springs of Cocalmayo will be the trophy where we will relax and enjoy its medicinal waters, and then return to the hotel.

6h trip

After breakfast, we will head to the base where we will begin our trek. Here we will cross a suspension bridge and make a slight ascent.

After this activity, the bus will take us to Hidroeléctrica for lunch, and we will continue walking another 3 hours to Aguas Calientes. This night will be more comfortable in a Hotel.

40 min trip.

After breakfast, we will head to the citadel of Machu Picchu,, where we will have a guided tour lasting about two hours. Then, we will have free time to enjoy the citadel before taking the bus to the town of Aguas Calientes to board the train back to Ollantaytambo and then to Cusco.

Note: Due to limited availability, you must book at least three months in advance if you wish to climb Huayna Picchu or Machu Picchu Mountain. This activity is optional (75.00 USD).
